You might want to consider our query examples page:
http://opendentalsoft.com:1942/ODQueryL ... yList.aspx

If there isn't a report that works for you we can always make one from scratch as well. Just follow the information at the top of that page.

I don't see one that would give me income for 2017 broken down by procedure codes

From what I see on our existing examples we have some reports that are close to what you need so it shouldn't take much time/effort to modify an existing report to be exactly what your looking for.
You can fill out a Query Request Form: http://opendentalsoft.com:1942/ODQueryR ... tForm.aspx
Also by filling out this request one of our support technicians will look through the list more closely to see if we do in fact already have this report created.

Still have not received any guidance on how to fill out my government census (collections per procedure code). Any thoughts? I filled out a request but didn't get a response.

Apologies, I will attempt to sort this out today.
Looking at our records it says we have a few attempts at correspondence with you.
On 6/18, you should have received an email message regarding your request and a number associated with the request.(#8042).
On 6/19, we attempted to call your office, but was unable to reach you. We left a voicemail to give us a call back.
On 6/21, we made another attempt to call your office as well. Unfortunately we were unable to reach you at that time either.

I will let a member of our query team know that you are still interested in your request and have them give you a call today.
