Deleting Pre-d?

How do you delete a PRED after you have received it back from the insurance?

Change the status to something other than 'Received' and click 'Delete'.

Where can I find the "pending" pred? its not in the acct.

It will be in the Treatment Plan module in the Pre Authorizations grid.
