Unable to view images

My OD keeps freezing when I try to view things in, for example the insurance break down we saved. It then kicks me out and I have to log back on but this happens whenever I try to view any of the things saved under images. Does anyone know how to fix this? Thanks!

What version of Open Dental are you currently using and how are you storing images (found in Edit Paths window)?
