Yesterday, I tried to print a prescription for a mouthwash containing a few different drugs and dosages. When it printed, it cut off after a certain number of characters. Is there a workaround so I can print all of the text contained in the drug names and dosages? Or do longer drug names just need to be written out?

You would need to edit the Rx sheet. Go to Setup/Sheets and select your custom RX sheet on the right column, if you have one. If you don't have one, then you would need to make one so you can edit it. You can't edit the default sheet that comes with the software. You can edit it by selecting the box for the drug name and make it bigger in width and height, so you can have longer names with more than one line.
