I didn't know if anyone does block scheduling and if you have a template?? And is there an easy way to do it?
We'd like to make sure we are blocking space, along with the appropriate time, for doc side and hygiene. We don't seem to have enough time for SRP's and recall for PM.

have you used blockouts? we create them on the schedule to reserve time
