Kilograms

Is there a way to change the vital signs input from kilograms to pounds? I was hoping to keep the height in inches though. I do most of my calculations in kilograms and while it's not hard to convert. It'd be nice to not have to do it multiple times per day.

There is not a way to input as kilograms. You are welcome to add that as a feature request.
