Thank you for the changes to the statements. Patients are less confused with the new layout. We are currently on version 5.5 and noticed that the return address and patient address do not line up with the double window envelopes as well as they did before. Either these fields slid to the left with the new design, or I now know the reason this carton of business envelopes was so cheap.

But we didn't make the changes until version 5.6. We did do some things earlier which might have shifted the address positions. Envelopes come in a variety of layouts, so we might just add an option to allow users to move the addresses around as needed. I'll look and see how they line up on our envelopes.
