Column Sizes

Can someone help me adjust the column size for the progress notes? I made it fairly large when we first started because I had the real estate on my screen, but now I'd like to try and use the patient dashboard. I tried Setup-->Display Fields--> Procedure Group Note but that didn't do it.

I have a screenshot but I'm not sure how to attach it without uploading an image and pointing to the URL.
