Typical security permissions to associate dentist

Hello,
A question to dentist owners.
What are the typical security permissions that you give to the associate dentist for running reports?
I would like to fine tune the permissions so my part-time associate can see her production, collection and adjustments for herself only.
So far I found Security->Security Groups and Setup->Reports-Security groups
This is what I have now:
Is that how you guys do it or there are any other points to adjust?
