Good morning.
I just started utilizing the allocation of prepayments to future tx after we did the update. My question is, on my EOD report, it's not showing the pt's full payment.
For example, yesterday the pt paid her $30 for fluoride and wanted to pay $42.60 for her filling next week, so $72.60 was charged to her credit card. My EOD only shows the $30.
What am I missing......

I am not sure exactly which report you are referring to, but if the prepayment that you took for the treatment planned work was set to the "Treat Plan Pre-Payment" unearned type, it will be hidden from the account (and should instead show in the bright red tab) and also hidden from reports. To change this, double click into the payment split that was made and change the unearned type to one that is not hidden, likely "Prepayment".

In the standard reports in the Production and Income box....I use the More Options to print my EOD.
I've got that red tab, all that is correct...but the pt paid for it and it should be on the EOD report as the daily income. I like the fact that it can be "hidden" that way someone else doesn't allocate that prepayment to another family member or maybe a new balance after insurance pays.
