Overriding office location for claims for travelling dentist

Hello everyone... I travel to many different offices and provide out of network services for patients. I want to use OD to generate dental and medical claims for these patients, but I do not want to maintain 25 different clinics.
Is there a way to override service location while keeping provider and billing location for OD created ADA and CMS1500 claim forms for patients?
