I'm trying to figure out why I don't have the option to leave a note when putting in estimates. Let me guide you:
In the treatment plan, I double click on a procedure, which brings up the "Procedure Info". When I double click in the "Insurance Estimates and Payments" it brings up "Edit Claim Procedure". On the right side, above the ok/cancel buttons there a box for Estimate Note...why can't I make a note in there??

Hello, speeples. The Estimate Note field cannot be edited. Automated notes appear in that field when the procedure's estimate is being affected by certain insurance conditions. The note may say "Over annual max", "Exclusions", or "Limitations" if any of these are affecting the procedure's estimate.

There is a note field on the treatment plan module that can be edited, below the Procedures grid. The notes entered there will show on the treatment plan when it is printed.
