Production report for provider w. minimal daily pay

Hello,
Is there any ready to use query that would allow add a minimal daily guaranteed amount to %-age of collection?
The closest solution I came up with is this. Dentist gets paid a % of adjusted production. Adjustments are for write offs and discounts during pay period.
If the daily value is less than $X, then the daily pay is X.
Total amount for a pay period is sum of all daily payments during the pay period. That still doesn't cover adjustments for lab bills, but is at least something.
Even that, I have no clue how to do it.
