I'd like to find a way to reset all of the patients in my practice to having "none" as their secondary provider, and then only enter a secondary provider for those patients who insist upon having one particular hygienist for all recall appointments. I know I can use the provider window to reassign patients from one secondary provider to another, but there's no option there to set the secondary back to "none." Is there any way to make this global change?

This can be done on the Provider Setup window.
1. Click the "..." button next to the "To Provider" field in the "Move Patients" section.
2. Click the "None" button, near the lower right corner of the window. "None" should now be showing in the "To Provider" field.
3. Select all of the secondary providers that you want to remove from patients.
4. Click the "Move Sec" button, and confirm by clicking OK on the window that pops up.
