1. Is there a way to auto set a recall interval based on insurance? Say insurance wants BW every 6 months vs 1 year. Pano every 3 vs 5. Fluoride 1 or 2x a year.

2. Is there also a way to quickly add a recall to the recall ASAP list? Currently we have to cancel, go into the account module, click the recall section, click the appropriate recall type, then add it to a recall list. For a busy pediatric office, that's a little tedious, but obviously workable since we're doing it now. Maybe an option after cancelling an appointment due to a now show like "leave on appointment book, add to ASAP list)

These things can't currently be done with recalls. There is an existing feature request for setting recall intervals based on insurance. It is request #2586. You can vote for this feature request and create a new request for the second feature that you mentioned if you would like.
