Open Dental Forum

We are condensing/culling/scannning decades of paper forms into Open Dental. What is the best way to handle this? Where do we scan the form images into Open Dental?

Our office made various categories in the images module for form types and have been scanning in the physical charts when the patient is seen. I'd recommend finding a good scanner(s) with twain interfaces so you can scan directly into OD

Yeah, don't try to scan in "decades" of forms all at once. That's overwhelming and I don't think it's feasible. Just scan them a day or two before their appointments.
