Dictation into OD Notes

We use autonotes a ton. Love the nesting feature. That really allowed us to customize stuff. There are some things that we still type up though. Mostly at the end of the notes when discussing treatment options.
I've looked at Nuance's software (Dragon Professional at $500). I think Windows has some dictation support as well.
Has anyone used either solution for Open Dental's chart notes?
