We keep seeing this non-actionable alert regarding successful Supplemental backups. This is not actionable and should not be an alert.

Also, can the alert for Web Form retrieval delete itself after the user has taken the action to retrieve Web Forms?

You can unsubscribe users from Supplemental Backup alerts so that they no longer see them. However, this would prevent those users from seeing all alerts related to Supplemental Backups, including ones regarding failed backups.

We don't currently have a way to disable specific alerts or have Web Form alerts be deleted upon Web Form retrieval. Please consider submitting Feature Requests for these features.
