Would it be difficult to ad the ability to alter display fields in the account module like there is in the chart module? I would like the ability not to show lines with zero balances like broken appointments and such.

Display fields would let you customize the columns. But you are talking about filtering the rows. This would be something we would add to the new Show tab in that module.
