I am trying to format a letter to referring dentists in Sheets and would like to have OD insert the patient's title (Mr., Ms., Dr., etc) into the letter (i.e. "Mr. Farran was concerned about his missing tooth #14".

I can't seem to find a form field for the patient's title. Is there not one programmed into Sheets yet? It seems like there would be since we can enter their title into the Patient Information box that appears when they initially visit the practice.
