My country is in the process of changing its currency from HRK to EUR with a fixed exchange rate of 7.5345 kn for 1 €. For the next 16 months, it is mandatory to show prices in both currencies on all offers, invoices and payment plans. Is it possible to do that in OD?

That is not currently possible. Changing the Region and Language settings on the local computer will let you display the different currency symbols but no exchange rates will be applied.
