Can a group note automatically populate the surfaces from completed codes or treatment planned codes?

Hi there, I'm curious if anyone has found a way to have a group note populate the surfaces of treatment planned or completed codes?
Scenario, I see 30 patients a day sometimes and it would be extremely helpful for my note to automatically populate the treatment needed. Or after I've done a bunch of treatment, the note would know to populate all the teeth numbers and completed surfaces in my group note after a bunch of fillings.
Anyone know of a way to make this happen?
