Insurance renewal month.

Is there a way to deal with insurance plans where benefits reset not in January, but in July? I can't seem to find one.

Yes. I just edited
http://www.open-dent.com/manual/benefitinfo.html to make it easier. Uncheck the Calendar year checkbox in that window.
