Where do deleted items from the imaging module go? I don't see them in the recycle bin on the local machine. There should be a way to reverse this if items have been deleted inadvertently.

I don't want to change security permissions because I want assistants to be able to delete bad or non-diagnostic x-rays that they have taken but in my other x-ray management software we are able to recover any deleted images from the local recycle bin.

There is a warning before images are deleted, as they are deleted permanently.
However, assuming you are backing up the A to Z folder, you could look at a previous backup of that folder to locate the missing file.
