Medical Insurance submission

Does anyone know much about submitting to medical insurances? I am going to do a sleep apnea oral appliance for a patient and I have heard that you can't submit these to dental. Is there a special medical form and does OD have these in the data base.

There is a download for the claim form on that page. Be patient. It will take you a while since this is all brand new for you. You'll need a code book for the procedure code as well as for the diagnosis code.
