On the prodceudure button edit window, there is a spot to import an image, is this capable of doing this? If so how? If not, is there a way to get more images into the database to choose from?

Yes, you can import more icons. You can either draw them yourself in window's Paint or share from other OD users. I'm not sure how to post them here in this forum but let me try.

So you can't just import a .jpeg? How can I get those from you if you are willing to share.

Yes, you can import a jpg. To use the jpg's that he posted, right click, save as. Then import.

If anybody has an icon for full dentures or partial dentures, please let me know.
