Would it be easier if the program asked if a crown was "Initial" or "replacement" and date, at the time proposed tx is entered, rather than when the insurance is done?

We often enter proposed treatment when the patient is in the office, but do the insurance batch at the end of the day. We end up often calling the patient to get this information. The program could be structured to ask this information only when the patient actually has insurance.

We have received a feature request to provide an option to require the selection of "initial" or "replacement" when a crown, bridge, partial, or denture is being treatment planned.
